Bespoke Packages

Specific Drinks a set cost or even a quirky add-on. Whatever you are looking for, we offer a range of bespoke packages that are individually tailored to each event. We are very flexible and will always come up with a package that meets your budget, guests numbers and drinks preference

Bar Options

Cash Bar

With this option guests will pay for there own drinks throughout your event using cash, credit/debit card or Google / Apple Pay. There is no charge for card or contactless payments

Open Bar

With this option we will serve your guests for the duration of your event, and present you with the final bill at the end of the evening

Token Bar

If you would like to treat your guests to a welcome drink (or two) then the Token Bar would be a great choice for you. All you have to do is decide how many drinks you want to buy and your guests will be given tokens to redeem for their drinks after which we will run a cash bar

Cost Of Hire

You can hire the Fair Saddler for £250

​There is a minimum spend of £850

We will apply for the TENS (Temporary Events Notice) the fee for this is £21

We will provide 2/3 Fully Qualified, Friendly Members of Staff to Run the Bar

For events within a 40 mile radius of Bexhill On Sea we do not charge any mileage, however outside of this we charge a fixed rate of 50p per mile, Once we have agreed on your chosen date, we will visit your venue to check  access, power and understand the layout.
