How much does it cost to hire The Fair Saddler?

You can hire the Fair Saddler for £250. ​​For events within a 40 mile radius of East Sussex we do not charge any mileage, however outside of this we charge a fixed rate of 55p per mile

Do we need an alcohol license?

We hold our own personal license which allows us to sell alcohol under the licensing act 2003.  As part of your booking we will apply for a (TENS) Temporary Events Notice which allows alcohol to be served at the premises where your event is being held

Do you take card payments?

Yes, we accept all major credit/debit cards plus Google & Apple Pay. There is no additional charge for card or contactless payments

Is there a minimum spend?

There is a minimum spend of £1,000 on all bookings which is just £10 per person when based on a minimum of 100 guests

What areas do you cover?

We mainly cover the South of England, however no where is too far and we will travel anywhere in the UK so do get in touch to discuss your event

Do you have insurance?

Yes we have full Public Liability Insurance to £10m

What time do you serve until?

We will never stop the party, but we do have to work to the license conditions that are granted by your local authority and venue. We will always discuss this with you prior to your event
